Customers´ loyalty is a key point for the company sustainability.

This is why Toyota decided to run a project which requested a deep understanding of the customers and all participants: internal areas, dealers… we carried out workshops and interviews with all of them. The final deliverable was the strategy to implement in order to foster loyalty from all the different segments.
