The mutual insurance companies move in a complex environment totally commoditized and strongly regulated, but somehow, we had to target the prescription.
We carried out an investigation searching for types of customers, needs, agencies, internal stoppers, processes and structure to end up defining a growing plan via the prescription based on a unique and specific partners experience.
