Customer Experience was the best way for Premap to differentiate from their competitors in a hard competed and commoditized environment.
We carried out a customer research to obtain a segmentation, we interviewed and did workshops with employees from different areas and all that brought us to a strategy and implementation tactic for a unique and personal customer experience.
