Following the Residential Digital Customer Journey global project in Enel, Endesa works on a full project, starting with a good research which identified the customer-personas, showing the as-is customer journey and doing +20 ideation workshops where +150 initiatives were identified. These were prioritized by impact/effort and used to design the to-be journey. For the implementation we worked on +20 blueprints and some screenflows.
