The BMW renting company was challenging a more experiential way to foster customer loyalty.
We talked to customers and employees, we did some mystery shopping with some dealers, we understood the organization and its structure, and we suggested a full strategy for the internal organization, communication, message, channels and styles based on the different detected segments.
